According to reports emerging from Spain, the Gunners are looking to launch a £30m bid for 24-year-old Atletico Madrid winger Antoine Griezmann.
Griezmann is a long-time target for Arsenal with Arsene Wenger having tracked the 24-year-old prior to his £24million move to Atletico from Real Sociedad in the summer of 2014. The price tag is believed to have put off Wenger signing him at that time with Griezmann having only played for a middle-ranking La Liga side.
But the France international has boosted his reputation since his move to the Vicente Calderon Stadium and he is now being watched by Manchester United and Real Madrid as well as Arsenal.
According to the Spanish website Fichajes.net Arsenal are still looking to do a deal for Griezmann. However, they will wait until the end of the season but before the start of Euro 2016 in June before putting in any bid.
