Manchester United’s hope of signing 29-year-old Chelsea winger Willian is fading away after La Liga giants Barcelona made a third bid for the Brazil international.
The Red Devils have been linked with a move for Willian regularly since 2016 after Mourinho was appointed as the manager of Manchester United.
However it seems like Barcelona are the ones leading the race for the winger. Barcelona had two bids rejected for the 29-year-old and have come back with a third bid believed to be in the region of £55million.
According to a number of Brazilian media outlets, Barcelona midfielder Philippe Coutinho used time the pair spent together at the World Cup this summer to try to persuade him to make the move to the Nou Camp.
