Tottenham transfer target Timothy Castagne has revealed that it would be difficult to say no to an offer from the London club. Castagne future has been up in the air in recent weeks with reports of a potential exit for the talented defender.
The Belgium international has thrived under the tutelage of Gasperini and there are indications that a move to a bigger club could be on the tracks. Atalanta have been exceptional in the past two seasons and Castagne has played a huge role in their success.
Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho is thought to be keen on new defenders with current options Toby Alderweireld and Jan Vertonghen likely to leave in the summer. The club are also expected to move on from current right-back option Serge Aurier with Castagne a possible replacement for the Ivorian international.
Leicester are also thought to be monitoring his situation but Tottenham could face an unlikely competitor in French giants PSG. Speaking to reporters this week, Castagne confirmed that he was interested in a transfer from Italy. “I don’t want to stop at a simple interest. I want more. Let’s be honest, you can’t say no to Tottenham or PSG
